NiGHTS meets a new amibitious dreamer in Nightopia soon after an event that has left him severed from his past friendships.

Alongside this new adventure, the Nightmare Realm is thrown into an era of chaos as a Nightmaren never seen before suddenly arrives, and seems to destroy everything in his path.

previously titled 'the new dream' :] and was going to be 'shattered intelligence' due to marcus' connection to the shard of intelligence and this being his story but "growth" fit the themes of this story better as well as intelligence for the other
the entire structure of this fic is subject to change a lot up until i start posting it. im combining both marcus' story and some of the segments from the previous version of shattered hope in with it and figure out how to structure this all...... the basic idea will be the same its just a matter of what actually get included in this
